A school of International standard in the name of Oyster Learning Initiative was established by the Veludayar Educational trust in the year 2008 to meet the growing demands of contemporary educational scenario. Mr.Ragavan and Mrs.Aruna Ragavan, the pioneers and veterans of our institutions were the root cause for the blossoming of this Lilliput University. At Oyster Learning Initiative we believe that every child is a born genius and our endeavor is to ensure that the child remains a genius. Here child- centered learning philosophy is followed to meet learning with fun and teaching innovations. Here freedom to learn, think and do is a child’s rights. Here the children and teachers work as one team. Here the child sets the learning pace. Here classy interiors set the aura for learning.

- Extensive use of flash cards in teaching
- Language and Math Programs – the mainstay of the early programme
- Science Labs – for hand on feel
- Art, Music, Dance for the aesthetics
- Stress on group participation, sharing and individual expression
- Lesson plan would include use of educational CD’s Movies etc.
